• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days from the date the order is received.

• Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

• During peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Timelines (Within India)

• After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within the next 7 days on a best-effort basis.

• Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • delivery location and pin code

  • courier partner constraints

  • weather conditions or logistical delays

  • festivals, strikes, or government restrictions

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

International Shipping & Delivery Timelines

• We ship orders outside India through reputed international courier partners.

• International delivery timelines vary from country to country and are as per courier partner schedules.

• Additional transit time may occur due to:

  • customs clearance

  • local postal processing

  • country-specific import regulations

Estimated international delivery dates are indicative only and may vary.

International Shipping Charges

• Relevant shipping charges will be applicable for deliveries outside India.

• Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID/link will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

• You may track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

Shipping Charges (Within India)

• Any shipping charges within India (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure the correct:

• political disturbances

• force majeure events

Unboxing Video Requirement for Claims

We recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery.
Claims related to:

• damaged items

• missing products

• wrong products delivered

may be processed only when an unboxing video from sealed to opened parcel is provided.
