Return policy
Returns are permitted within 5 (Five) days from the date of delivery, subject to the item being unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
The first return per order/customer is free of charge. For any subsequent return requests, all applicable shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
Items marked as non-returnable, including those purchased during sale or promotional events, are not eligible for return. Requests for damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds, if approved after quality inspection, shall be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment or as store credit, at the company’s discretion.
The company reserves the right to approve or reject returns, restrict return privileges in cases of misuse, and modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

- Delivery within India is usually completed within 7 days after dispatch (best-effort basis; not guaranteed).
- International delivery timelines vary by country and courier schedules.
- International shipping charges, customs duties and import taxes are payable by the customer.
- Tracking details are shared after dispatch.
- Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, customs or other force majeure events.
- Claims for missing/damaged/wrong items may require an unboxing video from sealed to opened condition.
