Return policy
Returns are permitted within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery, subject to the item being unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
The first return per order/customer is free of charge. For any subsequent return requests, all applicable postal or courier charges shall be borne by the customer.
Items marked as non-returnable, including those purchased during sale or promotional events, are not eligible for return. Requests for damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds, if approved after quality inspection, shall be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment or as store credit, at the company’s discretion.
The company reserves the right to approve or reject returns, restrict return privileges in cases of misuse, and modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

- Claims for missing/damaged/wrong items may require an unboxing video from sealed to opened condition.
